Cancellations and No Show Policy

As of this date we have reopened and are using extra care and hygiene measures for our guests. We will remain open until directives from the Moroccan government and health authorities state otherwise.
We are very aware that life, especially in the travel world, is constantly changing and in flux regarding this virus. Given these changes and the realities of travel today, we have adjusted our policies. Our current situation follows;
- Tours canceled with underBecause we operate very small group tours it is very important that we have an accurate count ahead of time. When you purchase your ticket we highly recommend you also have travel insurance. If you are worried that you may need to cancel your tour please review this and consider purchasing.
Our current cancellation policy is as follows;
– Tours canceled with under 72 hours until the tour will not be refunded.
– Tours may be rebooked or a voucher issued if there is 24-72 hours before the tour.
If you would like to postpone or convert to a voucher for future use you may do this at any time and we truly appreciate it when guests do this.
- If you need to cancel and your tour is 72 hours or more away we will issue a refund.
No Show Policy
Our tours start promptly at the time noted on the ticket for both group and private tours. Our guides will wait an additional 10 minutes however after this time they will leave. There are no refunds or re-bookings offered for no-show guests.
We also have instituted health procedures that may affect your booking. If you are feeling unwell we ask you to refrain from attending the tour. Guides may take an external temperature reading and if you present with a fever you will not be able to attend the tour (current guidelines state 38C or 100.4F for temperature screenings).
Moroccan law currently requires all adults to wear a face mask in public except when eating or drinking. You will be asked to follow this regulation throughout the tour. Guides may remind guests of this protocol.
